Shipping & Returns

We do not give full refund for returns without quality problems. Such As "I Don't Like The Product" ,?Not As Imagining" Or Just "Not Satisfied". We Will Reduce The Shipping Fee and related cost From The Order Total Amount, Which Means A Partial Refund. If The Package Get Lost, We Can't Refund Your Money In That Case, Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order. 
1.All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a free restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get contact us!
2.We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packaging. Please send back the goods within 7 days of receipt. All rate of return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days after the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs.

1.Please contact us for the return address before you return the package, and you must inform us the tracking number and tracking link in time, if there is no return tracking number, we do not give refunds or replace.
2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.
3. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.
